摘要 本文对4×60m回转窑托轮轴瓦进行了受力分析,提出了轴瓦材料的机械性能指标,重点研究了锌合金轴瓦的生产工艺、热处理工艺。考察了时效温度、时间和冷却方式对轴瓦用锌合金性能的影响。结果表明,对锌合金进行250℃时效3小时后水冷可得到最高的强度和韧性配合,其力学性能超过ZQSn6-6-3,接近ZQA19-4,耐磨性高于ZQSn6-6-3和ZQA19-4。锌合金完全可替代铜合金做4×60m回转窑托轮轴瓦材料。 This paper gives an analysis of supporting wheel Axle Bush tile of 40 × 60m rotating kiln in the state of being forced, declares the mechanical properties, researches the techniques of production and heat treatment of a Zn - alloy axle bush, and finds out the effect of temperature, aging time and cooling modes on properties of the Zn - alloy axle bush. As a result, it is shown that the highest strength and toughness can be obtained by water cooling [aging at 250℃ for 3 hours]. Its mechanics properties are superior to those of ZQSn6 - 6 - 3 and near to ZQA19 - 4. The wear resistance is superior to that of ZQSn6 -6-3 and ZQA19 - 4. Zn - alloy can be used to replace Cu - alloy as supporting wheel axle bush; material of 4 × 60m rotating kiln.
