摘要
本文从一个采用CIF的国际贸易案例着手,分析了CIF贸易术语在涉及内陆地区贸易中存在的众多缺陷,进而探讨了随着国际多式联运和集装箱运输方式的迅速发展,CIP贸易术语在涉及内陆地区贸易中的优势。
According to an international trade case, this paper analyzes the defects of the trade term CIF when it is applied to the related in - land area trade and probes into the advantages of the trade tenn CIP in the related in - land area trade along with the rapid development of the international combined transport of many patterns and the container transport, with a view to bringing positive influence on the international trade practice.
