摘要
加薪过程中出现的争议,反映出现行公务员工资制度存在如下几个比较突出的问题:缺乏法制化的工资标准、较重的平均主义倾向、增资机制尚需完善。解决之道在于,在借鉴他国经验基础上进一步深化我国公务员工资制度改革,尤其要尽快出台公务员工资法及相关配套法规制度。
Controversy in the process of increasing salary indicates that there are several noticeable problems in the current salary institution of public servants: legal standard of salary institution is in shortage; the equalitarianism is a bit serious; and the mechanism of increasing salary should be perfected. The solution is to deepen the reformation of salary institution of public servants, on the base of learning from other countries. And what' s more, it' s necessary to draw up salary law of public servants and relevant auxiliary regulations as quickly as possible.
