摘要
本研究用DMF对雄性SD大鼠进行短期染毒,发现染毒后肝脏GSH含量即显著降低,Cu^(2+)含量明显增多,Cu^(2+)/Zn^(2+)比值增大,染毒晚期肝脏Ca^(2+)蓄集,Ca^(2+)Mg^(2+)比值增大,水电解质平衡紊乱。提示DMF所致肝脏元素改变可能是共肝损伤的作用机制之一。
Male SD rats were orally administered with DMF (700mg/kg and 1400 mg/kg for three times and six times respectively, once a day). It was found that after three times administration, the rats liver GSH was shown to decrease significantly than those of control, while the content of Cu^(2+) appeared to be in crease significantly, and the valuc of Cu^(2+)/Zn^(2+) also increase, After six times administration, the increase of hepatic Ca^(2+) and value of Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+) were shown to be obvious, The balance between water and electrolyte seemed to be disturbed, It suggested that the disorder of hepatie element contents caused by DMF might in part account for the liver damage due to DMF.
