尘毒作业工时制评价

Evaluation on different manhour working systems during dust and toxicant exposure.

摘要 应用毒物动力学单室模型原理建立的数学模型,对四种工时制作了机体尘毒负荷水平的定量性评价。结果表明,五工二休8小时工时制和六工一休7小时工时制的尘毒体负荷量预测值较低。分析指出,尘毒作业工时制的选择,既要考虑尘毒接触的时间特点,也要考虑尘毒物质的生物学特性。 Mathematical models established by toxicokinetic single-compartment principle were used to evaluate the body burden due to dust and toxicant exposure by four kinds of manhour working systems. The results showed that the body burdens in those systems of five 8h days per week and six 7h days per week appeared to be lower. It indicated that choice for manhour working system during dust and toxicant exposure would depend not only on the time parameter exposed to dust and toxicant, but also the biology characteristic.
