摘要
作者采用不同剂量的^(60)Co-r 射线辐照绿豆象幼虫、蛹和成虫。用1.1、3.4、4.6、5.7,6.9万拉德辐照绿豆粒内高龄幼虫和蛹后,各处理幼虫、蛹、成虫的总死亡率分别为39.58%、84.62%、93.85%、97.18%和100%。并且残留的活成虫与正常成虫交配后,产卵量及 F_1代成虫数量大大降低。用0.5、1、2、3、4、6万拉德辐照成虫,成虫均无直接死亡并能正常交配,但能造成成虫不同程度的不育。如辐照的雄成虫,它们同正常雌成虫交配后,产卵量分别比对照减少14.3%、19.3%、19.6%、20.9%、25%和28.9%;雄成虫不育率分别为34.2%、42.5%、47.4%、50.3%、51.7%和66.6%。辐照的雌成虫,它们与正常雄成虫交配后,产卵量分别比对照减少31.7%、36.8%、51.1%、70.5%、78.9%和79%;雌成虫不育率分别为89.1%、89.1%、92.1%、92.2%、93.5%和95.2%。试验看出,绿豆象幼虫和蛹对辐照的敏感性大于成虫,雌蛹或雌成虫对辐照的敏感性大于雄蛹或雄成虫。
Mature larvae and pupae of adzuki bean weevil Callosobruchuschinensis L.in mung bean grains were irradiated under 11,34,46,57and 69 Krad of ^(60)Co-5,ray.The total mortalities of larvae,pupae andadults were 39.58%,84.62%,93.85%,97.18% and 100%,respectively.When the survived treated adults copulate with untreated opposite sex,the fecundity of F_1 was significantly decreased.All the adults survivedafter irradiated under 5,10,20,30,40,60 Krad and were capable ofnormal copulation,but the F_1 adults of irradiated ♂ ×normal ♀ ornormal ♂ × irradiated ♀ were more or less sterile.It was indicatedthat the larvae and pupae,and ♀ pupae/adults were more sensitiveto the irradiation than adults,and ♂ pupae/adults,respectively.
