摘要
本文结合实战诱捕失利的原因 ,具体分析了“诱”和“捕”二者之间不可分割、相辅而行的辩证关系 ,并明确提出警方实施诱捕应遵循的五条基本原则。文章强调 ,不论采取哪一种诱捕方法 ,警察都要能审时度势 ,灵活地运用战术 ,努力做到“诱”得巧 ,“捕”得牢 ,追求诱捕的最佳效果。
We give concrete analysis on the intimate and complementary dialectical relationship between 'lure' and 'arrestment'. We also put forward five principles that our police authority should follow while enforcing the tactics of lure arrestment. What's more, we stress on no matter which tactics of lure arrestment we use, we police should judge the time and size up the situation. We should also utilize the tactics in a clever way and manage to 'lure' skillfully and 'arrest' firmly and seek for the best result.
