摘要
教练员队伍素质的高低直接关系到运动员人才的培养,关系到竞技体育运动水平的提高和体育运动的开展.为有计划、有目的地提高我国教练员的素质,促进体育事业的发展,原国家体委从1987年开始研究,1989年正式实行教练员培训制度,经过十多年的努力工作,已形成了一套较完善的培训制度,整个培训工作使教练员的整体素质有了较大提高.
Based on the study of characteristics and mode of modern post education and teaching, combining with requests of modern athletic coach post, the article made a inquire into the issues of the characteristics of Chinese sports coaching post , capability structure require of modern coaches, as well as the coach post training mode, so as to provide reference for better post coaching programs work, and the establishment of 'capacity standard' coaching mode.
