摘要
我校 19名平均年龄 42 3岁的女职工 ,在经过 6个月的健美操训练后 ,体脂含量降低 19% ,血脂中高密度脂蛋白与游离脂肪酸含量增加 ,而血脂总量、低密度和极低密度脂蛋白浓度下降 ,同时 16名平均年龄为 41 6岁的女职工作为对照组 ,血脂中高密度脂蛋白、游离脂肪酸、低密度、极低密度脂蛋白的变化均无显著性差异 ,显示大众性健美操可以有效调节机体脂代谢 ,是控制中年女性体脂和血脂浓度的有效手段。
We selected 19 female workers in our school as sports group,16 female workers as control group. After six months exercise of masses aerobics ,we found ,the heart rate decreasing, the fat content in body decreasing, at same time , the TG ,TC,LDL-C,VLDL-C decreasing, HDL-C, the vigor of LPT increasing. But the control group didn't demonstrate the same tendency. This show the exercise of masses aerobics can effective adjust to the grease metabolism, control the content of body grease and blood grease, regulate the component of blood grease.
