摘要
本文通过心理导向后的台阶实验法得出人体在不同情感状态下机能能力的不同,并加以生理学分析。而人体机能能力又直接决定着运动成绩的高与低。因此在体育教学与训练中必须通过各种手段对运动员的情感进行调整.以适应训练和比赛的需要。
By the psychological-directed step experiments, we conclude that human being’s body function varies in various emotional conditions, and analyze its physiology. What’s more, body function decides whether the athlete may achieve good grades or not. As a result, we must adjust the sportsman’s emotion by various ways in the P. E teaching and training, so that he can meet the needs of the training and matches.
