论“规律”——兼论翻译理论与实践的辩证关系

On "Laws" for Translation Manipulation - A Dialectical Probe into the Relationship Between Translation Theory and Practice

本文从辩证唯物主义观出发,对具有特殊意义的翻译活动的'规律'与一般意义的'规律'的关系进行了论述.文章从普遍性与共性、特殊性与差异性、系统(范畴)性与概括性、认知性和论证性、抽象性与参照性、发展性与可检验性几个方面对翻译活动'规律'的多重属性进行了阐述.文章最后论述了研究翻译'规律'的理论价值及其与翻译实践的辩证关系,并对翻译'规律'在翻译学基础理论中的地位与作用作了说明.

The paper, with dialectic efforts to elaborate the distinction between 'laws' in general and those in particular, focuses on the multi_property of 'laws' of translating manipulation, which are incarnated in popularity and commonality, typicality and differentiality, generalization and categorization, cognitiveness and verifiability, abstractness and referentiality, developmentality and testifiability. Moreover, the paper reveals the theoretic value of 'laws' of translating manipulation as well as its dialectic relationship with practice, based on which is the discussion of the theoretic function and position of 'laws' in the theoretic framework of translatology.
