在回顾早期组织结构研究的基础上 ,阐述近年来信息技术的发展对企业组织结构设计及研究的影响 ,简要介绍一些组织结构新模式 ,揭示信息技术影响下 。

Based on the studies of the organizational structure, the paper describes the effects of information technology (IT) on the design of and research on the organizational structure. To adapt to the new environment, some models of organizational structure are discussed.
