The important theory 'Three Representation' that put forward by secretary-general JIANG Ze-min is a great creed of enhancing Party construction entirely and a guide to improving all sides of tasks for Party construction and other works in institutes. It's also a creed to build socialist civilization of spirit in colleges and a rule to enhancing ability of leadership. We must take the theory as a direction to inaugurate a new complexion in developing in institute of physical education.
