A Review of the Educational Reform in Sports Coaching

通过对我院运动训练专业教学改革的举措进行归纳、总结、分析 ;揭示其存在的问题 ,并引发若干思考 ,为正确处理好办学规模与效益、生源状况与人才培养质量、培养目标与就业、大学教育与特殊教育、素质教育与竞技体育等关系 ,促进运动训练专业办学质量提高 ,提供有益的借鉴作用。

This paper reviews the educational reform being carried out in Sports Coaching and concludes that a great deal has been achieved as a result of the reform. It also points out, though, that there still exist many problems that awaits profound consideration. Improved educational quality in Sports Coaching entails handling properly such relationships as holding between educational scale and benefit, the quality of students upon recruitment and upon graduation, educational goals and employment, college education and education for special purposes, and education for all-round development and athletic sport.
