摘要
从社会发展角度探讨了创新思维的重要性 ,提出走创新之路是确保江苏 40 0m水平居全国先进位置的前提 ,指出创新训练首先是教练员自身的创新意识增强及创新能力的提高 ,对本队如何在今后训练中根据自身特点大胆创新提出了设想。
The Author analysis the importance of innovation thinking in sports at the angle of social development ,and puts forward that it is a base for us to keeping innovating in training in order to keep the level of 400m in high level , and first of all ,to keep the innovative thinking and ability of coach at high level .
