外语教学中的平衡活动法

Balanced Activity Approach in Foreign Language Teaching

平衡活动法是较新的一种外语教学方法。它致力于学生学习动机的培养 ,以提高学生的外语综合能力为目标 ,在方法上主张外语学习中习得与学习、输入与输出的平衡。本文在简要分析该方法产生的理论背景及优越性的基础上 ,认为该方法克服了语法 -翻译法及交际法等的片面性 ,尤其适用于我国目前的外语教学实际。

In this paper, the author mainly discusses the definition, theoretical background, and superiority of a quite new foreign/second language teaching approach — Balanced Activity Approach. It is argued that this approach combines the advantages and overcomes the disadvantages of other teaching methods and therefore is a more promising teaching approach.
