摘要
应用芜菁夜蛾线虫 Steinernema feltiae agriotes 防治桃小食心虫 Carposina niponcnsisWalsiagham 的研究表明,线虫寄生桃小的温湿度范围:温度20—35℃、土壤含水量7%—15%,以温度25—30℃、含水量10%左右致死速度最快。此特性与桃小越冬幼虫出土所需求的条件相一致,肯定了应用线虫防治桃小在出土期为宜,线虫的施用量为每 m^260—80万头,持续效果较长。经过多点试验和示范表明,地面施线虫与施农药效果相当或稍优于农药。几年来已在数省果区防治了200余 ha,取得明显的效果。
The results of application with Steinernema feltiae agriotes,one ofthe effective entomopathogenic nematodes,against peach fruit borerCarposina niponensis Walsingham showed that the favorable soil tempera-ture and moisture content for its parasitism in C.niponensis rangedfrom 20-35℃ and 6-15%,respectively,and the quickest lethal speedoccurred in the range of 25-30℃ and around 10%,which coincidedwith the conditions required for the larvae of C.niponensis to come outof the ground.It was indicated that this is the critical time for ap-plying this nematode against peach fruit borer,and the suitable amountof nematode is 0.6-0.8 million/m^2.The results of multiple locationsof experiments and demonstrations showed that the control effect ofthis nematode is similar or some what better than that of insecticides,and high benefits have been got from some 200 ha.of orchards in sev-eral provinces in recent years.
