Study on The Elites' Types and Cultivating Model of Chinese Physical Education

本文采用文献法、比较分析法、从我国体育人才类型及 21世纪体育教育人才培养模式面临的社会挑战出发，论述了我国 21世纪体育教育人才类型与培养模式。依据社会所需对体育人对进行科学分类，根据人才类型选择、制定其相应的培养模式，旨在对未来体育教育人才培养有所裨益。

based on literature and comparsion－ analysis studies,the issue ascribed the type of Chinese P.E elites and cultivating－ model from the social chanlenge that Chinese P.E elites' types and the cultivating－ model faced in 21 century,according to the needs of society,the author classified the P.E elites scientifi cally and made the correspndent developmental model for the types of elite.All is to be benefical to the development of P.E elites' cultivating in 21 century.
