摘要
对接种大豆花叶病毒后大豆叶片中超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶及蛋白组份的变化进行了分析。结果表明,接种大豆花叶病毒后,大豆叶片中超氧物歧化酶活性低于未接种对照株,过氧化物酶活性高于对照;蛋白质含量及蛋白组份中大分子量组份相对含量有所降低。
Three soybean genotypes,Jilin 20,Jilin 24 and Changnong 4,were grown at the experimental fields of Soybean Institute of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences(43°31'N,124°48'E,203M)on April 29 and inoculated with SMVmixture on May 30.The uninoculated plants wereused as the control.The leaves were taken for biochemical analysis on August 24.The resultsshowed that:1,SOD activity was decreased,while the POD acticity was increased after inoculation with SMW.2.The percentage of storage protein with larger molecules and the total proteincontent were decreased.
