摘要
语言作为人类文化的一部分，不能仅以现代科技发展的要求作为惟一的评判 标准。语言间的互补和共生构成了语言赖以生存的生态环境。濒危语言同样具有不 可替代的价值。实践中推行和发展双语教育是改善语言生态环境的一个必要步骤。
As a part of the culture in the world, languages should not be judged only by the development of the modern science and technology. Mutual supplement and intergrowth of the language make up the ecological balance of Human Being's cultures. Languages close to death have their own values that can not be replaced. Development of the bilingual education is a necessary procedure to improve ecological balance of the language.
