不同语境下的后现代——与詹姆逊的对话

Post-modernity in Different Discourse

本文以詹姆斯的后现代理论为代表,具体分析了西方后现代理论和中国现状的相容性和不相容性.后现代与当今中国存在一定的亲和性,尤其在理论和文艺创作上获得广泛的回应.但是,中国的后现代在哲学和历史等层面上与西方仍存在着相当大的文化差异.本文认为,通过对后现代的深入研究,可以使各种文化相互揭示,实现文化上的沟通.

Taking the post modern theory of Frederic Jameson as the representative, this thesis focuses on the compatibility and contrast between the Western post modern theories and the Chinese conditions. It argues that post modernity has affinity with China in some sense and finds echo in terms of theoretical studies and literary creation. On the other hand, post modernity in China is different from that in the Western countries in terms of philosophy and history. Further studies of post modernity in different contexts would help cross cultural understanding and communication.
