茉莉酸甲酯对水稻光合速率及其同化产物运输的调节作用 被引量:7

摘要 一定浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(JA-Me)处理水稻(Oryza.sativa)植株能明显提高光合速率,延缓叶绿素的降解,促进植株对N、P等元素的吸收,同时,在水稻生长中、后期,喷施适当浓度的JA-Me能提高叶片淀粉水解酶的活力,加速茎叶同化产物向穗运输,使稻穗的同化物积累量比对照平均增加8%。 The photosynthetic rate and the uptake of ^(32)P and ^(15)N were promoted,and the degradation of chlorophyll was delayed when rice was treated with JA-Me. Meanwhile, JA-Me increased the activity of amylase and promoted the transport of assimilates from flag leaf to ear. The accumulation of assimilates in ear in rice treated with JA-Me, increased by 8% as compared with that of control.
