海风藤中苯骈呋喃类新木脂素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从海风藤[Piper kadsura(Choisy)Ohwi]分离到6个苯骈呋喃新木脂素(Ⅰ—Ⅵ),经光谱(UV、IR、MS、NMR、CD)鉴定和衍生物制备,确定化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为新结构:7R,8R,1′S-△~8′-3,4-二氧亚甲基-5′-甲氧基-1′,4′-二氢-4′-氧-7.0.2′,8.1′-新木脂素(Ⅰ)、7R,8R,1′R-△~8′-3,4-二氧亚甲基-1′-甲氧基-1′,6′-二氢-6′-氧-7.0.4′,8.3′-新木脂素(Ⅳ)和7R,8R,1′S-△~8′-3,4-二氧亚甲基-1′-甲氧基-1′,6′-二氢-6′-氧-7.0.4′,8.3′-新木脂素(Ⅴ)。 In a continuing research for neolignans from Piper kadsura (Choisy) Ohwi, six benzofuranoid neolignans were isolated from the aerial part of the plant. Their structure determination were based on the spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, NMR and CD) and derivative synthesis. Three of the isolated compounds were identified as new structuresre wideelliptic ; Type Ⅱ are narrow-elliptic and type Ⅲ are rectangular or close to square in shape. The pollen characteristics among species are very similar.The morphological information of the pollen grains shows that species of Aconitum L.are a natural taxon. development and that the material for synthesizing mucilage in head cell was provided by the basal cells and the parenchyma cells nearby.n the region.
