摘要
技术合同是当事人就技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务以及技术进出口达成的权利与义务关系的协议。它在《合同法》中占据十分重要的地位，也是面向国内外技术市场的基本准则。《合同法》框架中的技术合同规范在旧法基础上作了进一步修改与补充，我国在技术合同制上有了深化和发展。在经济全球化形势下，健全技术合同法制十分必要。
Technology contract is a kind of rights and duties agreement about technology development, technology transfer, technology consultation, technology service and technology import and export. It plays a very important role in Contract Law and it is also regarded as a basic principle. The technical standard of Contract Law framework has already been revised and complemented on the basis of old law. China's institution of technology contract has already made certain progress, but it is still necessary to improve Technology Contract Law.
