信息产业的全球化态势与中国区域竞争力

A Trend of Globalization of Information Industry and Regional Competitive Power in China

本文分析了信息产业全球化的涵义、趋势与特征 ,认为中国加入 WTO，信息产业的发展势必纳入全球一体化体系中，信息产业的区域特色与竞争力问题也将变得更加突出。根据竞争优势理论和影响竞争力因素分析，拟出区域信息产业综合竞争力的矩阵关系。目的在于突出区域信息产业竞争力的人文综合性与产业核心能力相统一的思想。

This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristic and trend of globalization of information industry and thinks that a regional characteristics and aggregative competitive power about information industry will be more significant, as China's entering into the WTO and its economy becoming a part of global integration. Then, in light of the theory of competitive advantage and the factors of influencing over the competitive power, this paper sets up a matrix relation about a regional competitive power of information industry in China, meanwhile emphasizes the core ability of information industry in combination with the human－ culture information.
