摘要
随着科技进步和市场竞争日益加剧，为有效配置资源而进行企业变革已经成为必然的要求，然而未能考虑系统的企业局部变革通常难以获得预期效果。为此本文首先研究技术、组织和文化的相互关系，然后提出基于技术为中心的一体化管理模型。
Technology progress and fierce competition make it more important for an enterprise to organize its resources efficiently. However the effects will not be desirable if an enterprise is reconstructed without being thought of whole system. In the paper, the relationship between technology, organizational structure and corporation culture is analyzed, then the model of integrated management based on technology is proposed.
