运用文献资料的研究方法,论述了如何强化体育意识,制定符合高校女生特点的行之有效的教学方法、内容,培养学生对体育课的兴趣,力求用可行有效的手段充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,以便更好的提高体育教学质量,顺利实施教学目的任务提出了自己的看法。

This article raises my personal opinions to strengthen student'consciousness of bodybuilding , work out the teaching methods and content which tallies with actual and effective,develop students'interest of physical education and arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of students,so as to improve the teaching quality better and put in practice the teaching purpose and tasks favorably.
