竞技健美操新旧规则的对比研究

Compara tive Research on Old and New Rules of Athletic Body-buliding Gymnastics

近十几年来 ,我国竞技健美操发展迅速 ,竞赛规则也不断更新、完善。本文主要通过 1 996年版健美操规则与 1 998年版的国际体操联合会健美操竞赛规则的对比研究 ,指出 ,新规则难度动作数量增多 ,级别提高 ;评分因素等改变更体现了健美操项目的艺术性和独创性。

Inthepast over 10 years, with the rapid development of athletic body-buliding gymnastics, the competition rules are becoming updated and comprehensive. This paper, through comparing the 96' with 98' international competition rules of difficult movements, increased degree of difficulty and changes in judgment factors better manifest the artistry and creativity of this sport.
