Focused on the sports team of the Northwest University,the thesis gives a thorough research on the managing mode of the extracurricular sports team in colleges,in cluding the form of its organization,the origin of its members,the funds,the system of the trainees as well as the inner-relationship between the sports training and the physical education in colleges.
