本文论述了机床导轨结合部优化设计方法及其程序概要。程序是在关于导轨结合部刚度特性、摩擦特性、阻尼特性及切削点相对位移等的研究的基础上逐步开发、扩展起来的,每一步开发都进行了实验验证。解析结果与实验结果的对比表明解析方法及程序正确、可靠。

In this paper the method of optimum design is discussed on the slide way joints of machine tool and the program summary is presented. The program progressively is developed and is expanded on the basis of our study over the years. Experimental check is made while each step is completed. Exactitude and reliability of the analytical method and the program is proved by compare analytical result with experimental one
