摘要
本文对硼砂、二氧化钛型,氟化镁、氯化镁等几种校正剂的校正效果进行了系统的试验。热力学分析和实验证明,其中以氯化镁的校正效果最好。在研究的基础上,研制出了以氯化镁为主的复合校正剂。试验和生产实践表明,本复合校正剂具有如下优点;(1)良好的防脱碳效果;(2)盐浴清沏;(3)沉渣易于捞除;(4)无污染;(5)生产成本低。
In this paper, the rectification effect of rectifier, such as borax、titania type、magnesium fluoride and magnesium chloride etc., was systematically investigated. Thermodynamic analysis and experiments proved that the rectification effect of magnesium chloride is the best in all above mentioned rectifier. On a investigation basis, authors have already studied and produced some composite rectifiers with magnesium chloride Testing and producing practices make clear that the composite rectifiers have advantages as follows: (1) good effect of preventing decarburation, (2) making salt bath clear, (3) deposit dregs are easily dragged for exporting, (4) no pollution, (5) lower cost.
