我国男子110m栏运动员跑跨若干技术特征的分析

为我国 110m栏运动水平的提高与发展 ,通过收集的我国优秀 110m栏运动员的比赛技术参数与第 6届世锦赛前 7名运动员的比赛技术参数进行对比分析 ,发现我国优秀运动员的跨栏步在起跨攻栏阶段与世界优秀运动员相比无显著性差异 ,但下栏距离明显偏长而使跨栏步腾空时间耗时多于对方 0 5s,占两组比赛成绩差值的 85 % ;另外 ,虽然全程速度曲线的变化规律与世锦赛选手大体一致 ,都呈“～”型 ,但栏间最高速度、保持速度的能力以及终点加速冲剌的能力均明显差于对方 。

In order to help the development of the 110m hurdle,by collecting the Chinese 110m hurdlers competent technical parameters with those of the first seven athletes in the 6th World Championship Competition,The paper figure out that the excellent Chinese athletes' technique of clearing the hurdles has no obvious difference with the world top_level ones,but our distance of clearing the hurdle is obviously longer,os that we spend 0 5ls more on the flight,which cause 85% of the two groups In addition,although the speed cure is almost the same with those of the World Championship Competition competitors,which all like“～”,their highest speed and stability of speed between the hurdles,the ability of keeping the speed and dashing are worse than those of the World top_level athletes,which still require our efforts to improve
