全日制学校学生体育权利研究

A STUDY ON PHYSICAL EDUCATION RIGHTS OF THE FULL TIME STUDENTS

学生在校应享有体育权利——接受正常体育教育的权利 ,通过体育学习获得身体健康的权利 ,获得公正评价体育成绩的权利 ,自由选择体育活动项目的权利。对浙江省部分全日制学校学生的调查发现 ,学生的体育权利受到了不同程度的侵害 ,分析探讨侵害的原因 。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the physical education rights of students enrolled in some elementary schools, high schools, colleges and universities in Zhejiang province,all the full time students are entitled to have physical rights in accordance with the related regulations. The results also show that the physical education rights of students are infracted in different extents, the definition of the basic connotation of the enrolled students' physical education rights is explained and the suggestion that students' physical education rights should be respected is put forward.
