摘要
采用自制有氧健身操运动处方 ,指导 2 0位中年女科教人员进行 8周锻炼 ,并测定比较了其锻炼前后体质指数 (BMI)、腰臀比 (WHR)、安静时心率和血压及中国成人体质测定规定的 8项指标。结果表明 ,除握力外 ,受试者锻炼后上述各指标都得到了不同程度的提高。研究制定的有氧健身操运动处方对增强中年女科教人员的体质有良好的影响。为使该运动处方能更有效地降低血压、增强肺通气功能和握力 ,锻炼的时间应延长 (长于 8周 ) 。
middle age females performed 8 weeks exercise based on the prescription made by the authors. The BMI, WHR, rest heart rate, the blood pressure as well as 8 test items included in the Chinese Adults Fitness were tested and compared before and after exercise. A significant difference was demonstrated in the measured value except the gripping power. It was concluded that aerobic exercise prescription might be a helpful way to improve the fitness of middle age females. It was also suggested that the exercise time should be prolonged(>8 weeks) and upper limb exercise should be included in the exercise prescription so as to get better exercise effect.
