摘要
将20、20Cr、2Dcr_2Ni_4、40cr和GCr15五种工业用钢在Fe_2O_3:Fe:Al_2O_3=1:1:1的混合粉末中进行860-1100℃、8-80小时的内氧化处理,对其内氧化动力学规律及其影响因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,钢的内氧化动力学遵守抛物线规律;内氧化速度受到内氧化温度、钢的铬和碳浓度、初始晶粒度和表面氧化物覆层等因素的影响。
20、20Cr、20Cr_2Ni_4、40Cr、GCr15 steels were mternally oxidized for 8 to 80 hours at a temperature range between 860℃ and 1100℃ using a powder mixture of Fe_2O_3:Fe:Al_2O_3=1:1:1. The kinetics and influential factors of internal oxidation of the steels were studied. The results indicate that the kinetics of internal oxidation of the steels obeys a parabolic rate law; the rate of internal oxidation is influenced by temperature、content of chromium and carbon in the steels, initial grain and oxide film in surface.
