切片技术的一致性,对于油炸、脱水及焙烤食品的总体加工,均起到至关重要的作用。马铃薯片的厚薄不一致,会导致油炸不均匀,进而产生马铃薯片烧焦的现象,降低产品可食用率;同样,若焙烤和脱水食品的切片不一致,产品在加工后的可食用率也会较低。
Consistent slice uniformity plays a crucial role in the overall processing of deep-fried, dehydrated and baked products. Inconsistent slices will lead to less edible yield. Two different slicers are introduced in the market. Both new machines are able to produce many different kinds of slices, shreds and strip cuts precisely.
