Thinking on African Development Problem

总结非洲过去数十年的发展 ,应有如下视角 :历史视角 ,全非视角 ,多维视角 ,全球视角 ,同情视角。同时 ,还应辩证地评析非洲的发展 :要在贫穷中看发展 ,动乱中看进步 ,落后中看辉煌。只有如此 ,才能真正总结经验教训 ,端正发展战略 ,使非洲振兴起来。

In summing up the development of African countries in the past decades, we should have following angles: historical angle, whole continent angle, multi-direction angle, global angle and sympathy angle. Meanwhile, we should analyze and evaluate Africa's development dialectically. It means that we should see development from poverty, see progress from chaos, see brilliance from backwardness. Only in this way can Africa and international society really sum up the experiences and lessons, take a correct development strategy, and help Africa to realize rejuvenation.
