在世界经济全球化浪潮如火如荼的进程中 ,非洲国家却在债务枷锁的禁锢中挣扎 ,债务问题已成为制约其经济进一步发展的核心问题。沉重的外债对非洲国家经济增长、脱贫复兴产生了严重的负面影响 ,在一定程度上也削弱了非洲国家的经济主权。债务问题的最终解决 ,需要国际社会和非洲国家的共同努力。

In the rapid process of world economic globalization, African countries are struggling in the yoke of debt. Debt problem has become the core problem restricting the further development of African economy. Heavy foreign debt has produced serious negative influence on economic development, poverty alleviation and rejuvenation, and also weakened to some extent the economic sovereignty of African countries. The final settlement of debt problem needs the common endeavor of both international society and African countries.
