摘要
阐述了应用遥测法测定三爪卡盘夹紧力及极限转速的原理和方法,并就测力传感器刚度对夹紧力损失的影响进行了分析。介绍了如何利用现有机床进行高转速试验。
In this paper the principle and the method of remote controlling used for measuring the griping force of three claw chuck and limit revolving speed are deseribcd. Influence on decrcasing of griping force duc to rigidity of transmitcs is analysizcd. It also suggests how to carry out the test of high revolving speed on existing machine tools.
