摘要 本文认为在中国的英语学习是在非目的语的环境中有意识的外语学得过程,也是一种技能的培训过程,需要学习者在较强的学习动机激励下,自己主动花时间和精力,按照外语专业的标准要求,通过反复操练来掌握外语. The English learning in China is a conscious foreign language learning and skill training process in the non\|target language environment. The learners in China have to spend as much time and energy as possible after class to master the target language through repeated drills as English majors do.
