本文概要阐述了高等音乐师范教育改革的模式探索过程中的两个观念 :1、非文化中心地区高等音乐师范教育的“一体两翼一网”办学和社会服务结构模式 ;2、建构广义的课程概念 ,提出“非学科课程”以及通过以学生为主体的新学型操作使之模式固化的观点。

summary] In this article,the author explains briefly his two views on the types of musical teacher-training of higher education.1.“One Body,Two Wings and One Web”,a structural type of musical teacher-training of higher education and social service outside the areas of cultural center.2.A view on courses in a broad sense,“Non-subject Courses”,and the way to regularize the type mainly by students with the new practice methods.
