天花粉多糖的微波提取及含量测定

Microwave technique extraction and content determinations of polysaccharide of Snakegourd Root

目的 :从天花粉中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取天花粉多糖 ,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 :测得天花粉中多糖含量 18 3 0 12 % ,平均回收率为 98 86% ,RSD =1 68% (n =5)。结论 :首次运用微波技术从天花粉中提取出多糖 ,反应速度大大加快 。

OBJECTIVE:To extract and determine content polysaccharides of Snakegourd root.METHODS:Using microwave technique,polysaccharides of Snakegourd root were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation,and content was determinated with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.RESULTS:The polysaccharides content of Snakegourd root was 18.3012%,Recovery rate was 98.86%.CONCLUSION:The polysaccharides of Snakegourd root has been obtained for the first time by microwave technique.
