摘要
提出了一种基于牛顿光学成像公式的图像测量技术中调焦的判别方法 ,给出了调焦判据。用这种判据调焦可以获得清晰的图像 ,使尺寸测量更精确 ,若配以自动调焦系统使摄像头跟踪被测表面 ,可实现表面形状的非接触测量。实验结果表明 ,该方法可较快实现调焦 ,调焦重复性的标准误差约 6.5 μm。
Based on Newton Optical Formula, this paper suggests a distinction method to distinguish tuning focus in image measurement technology, and introduces the discrimination basis for tuning focus. This discrimination basis is used to obtain the clear image so as to make size measurement more accurate. The method disposed with automatic tuning focus system can make the TV camera track the surface of object realize the non contact measurement of surface shape. The experiment results lndicate that this method can achieve tuning focus fast so that the error of tuning focus repetion is about 6.5 μm.
