摘要
河流交汇处设计洪峰流量的计算方法无规范可循 ,工程上常采用一些简单的经验处理方法。为了搞好防洪工程 ,寻求一种好的计算方法 ,着重介绍了频率组合法的理论与应用 ,并以实例将其与传统习惯采用方法进行比较。结果表明 ,频率组合法理论性强 ,意义普遍 ,合理可行。
There are no rules to follow in the calculation method for designing peak flow in river confluence reaches. There are some simple empirical approaches frequently adopted in engineering works. In order to do a good work on flood control works and to seek for a better calculation method, this paper describes the theory and its application of frequency combination method and compares it with the traditionally used method via the practical examples. The results indicate that the frequency combination method is of strong theory, common significance and rational feasibility.
