影响体育院校学生创新意识和创新能力的因素及对策

Factors Affecting P.E. College Students Consciousness and Ability of Bringing New Ideas and Countermeasures

采用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法 ,探讨影响体育院校学生创新意识和创新能力的因素。结果表明 ,考试形式过分单一、课程设置不合理、学生知识面窄 ,以及学生自身受环境和传统习俗干扰等 ,是影响的主要因素。在此分析基础上 ,提出教师应更新观念 ,建立合理、多元的知识结构 ,改革现行的授课方式 ,变单一考试形式为灵活多样的考评方式等发展对策。

By literature and questionnaire, this paper expounds the factors affecting the creative consciousness and creative ability of P.E. institutes' students. The results show that the factors affecting the students are as follows:the form of examinations is too unitary, the arrangement of curriculum is not rational, the knowledge of students is narrow, and students are often interfered by their surroundings and traditional habits and customs. On the basis of analysis ,t he authors point out the countermeasures that teachers should renew old thoughts with new ones and establish their rational multiple structure of knowledge. Besides this, the teaching means should be reformed and the unitary examination form changed into flexible and diversified forms.
