Africa: an Important Factor in China's External Strategies

非洲在中国对外战略中的重要位置是在两极争霸的背景下 ,在中非传统友谊的基础上确立起来的。但一切平衡都只是相对的和暂时的 ,相对稳定的世界格局也不例外。随着旧有世界格局的瓦解 ,国际形势出现了许多新的变化 ,各国都在相应地调整对外战略。国际形势的变化使中非合作的背景发生了转换 ,但从种种情况分析 。

The important position Africa occupies in Chinas external strategies is rooted in the long traditional friendship between the two and further strengthened in the constant confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union. Balance is relative and temporary and the relatively balanced world structure is unexceptional. With the collapse of the old world structure and the new changes in the international situation, countries are correspondingly adjusting their external strategies. The change of international situation set a new stage for the Sino African cooperation and Africa remains an important factor in Chinas new external strategies.
