我国蹦床女子网上单人项目现状及差距分析

Analysis on the State and Gap Between Our National Female Trampoline in Individual Event and World Top Level

笔者分析了悉尼奥运会蹦床比赛女子单人决赛和 2 0 0 0年我国“科健杯”全国蹦床冠军赛女子单人决赛。结果表明 :我国女运动员的预跳能力、动作技术的稳定性和难度提高显著 ,与世界水平的差距日益缩小。全国冠军黄珊仙的水平已达到世界前列。同时 ,笔者还对我国蹦床女子单人项目今后训练提出了一些建议。

Authors analysed and compared the data of female single of trampoline finals held in Sydney Olympic Games september, in 2000 and in Guangzhou National Championship october, in 2000. The results indicated that the ability of pre-jump, the steadiness and difficuty of the technique in our country have been increased obviously and the differences compared with the level of world have been reduced gradually. At present, the performance of championship, Wang Shan xian, has entered the world level. Some suggestions about trampoline training of female individual in our country have been pointed out.
