体育教师教学效能感的理论与研究现状

The Theory of Teachers′ Sense of Efficiency in P.E.Teaching and Research Status

对教师教学效能感概念的理论来源、研究价值及其在教育和体育运动领域中的研究进展进行了论述 ,同时也指出目前有关教师教学效能感研究中存在的一些主要问题 ,并讨论了体育教师教学效能感研究的未来趋势。

Authors expound the theoretical origin of the definition of teacher′sense of efficiency in teaching, its value and progress of research in the fields of education and sports. We also point out some major problems concerning the research of teacher′s sense of efficiency in teaching,and discuss the tendency of the research of teacher′s sense of efficiency in P. E.teaching.
