摘要
分析了链条滚子冷镦成型过程中存在的主要质量问题，针对化学成分、机械性能及晶粒度三个方 面，提出了控制与检验方法。
The paper analyzed the quality problem of roller during the process of confection by cold upsetting. Methods of control and inspection are proposed on chemical composition, mechanical property and crystal size, with great instructive significance to improve quality of roller, promote rate of product and reduce costs.
