摘要
本文系统地研究了影响冰箱管线式冷凝器换热的各主要因素。试验表明,(S/D)w是影响散热的最重要因素;冷凝器与垂直平面的倾斜角θ对换热有较大影响,在其它条件不变的情况下,选用θ≈4°时可使冷凝器换热性能提高15%左右;(S/D)_T对冷凝器管外侧换热能力的影响不大,故设计时宜取较小的值;在实验范围内L对换热的影响并不十分显著,过小的L值会使换热恶化,L过大则影响冰箱的紧凑性。本文首次关联了影响管线式冷凝器空气侧换热的各主要因素,提出了供设计用的计算关联式,对此类冷凝器的设计有指导意义。
An experimental study in conducted for the effect of wire and tube geometry on condenser performance. The experimental results show that (S/D)_w plays the most important role, θ exerts a considerable influence, and (S/D)_T and L' produce a weak impact. It is worth notice that the heat transfer performance is increased up to 15% for θ= 4℃. A correlation is first presented to predict the heat transfer capability from wire and tube condenser to air. It is belived that the above-mentioned correlation can be used to design this kind of condenser.
